calle and i took jade bug for her 6-month well baby check up & received confirmation that she is absolutely perfect! we were a bit worried about her uncooperative tummy time behavior but the doctor explained this is becoming more common as babies now sleep on their backs and do not feel comfortable on their tummies. her muscle development is excellent and she is on the right track. jade showed up to her exam wearing an adorable purple striped dress & matching bow...

she was quickly stripped down to be weighed...

and then swiftly scooped up by papa to receive plenty of hugs and kisses before the big bad nurse came to give our bug a shot...

jade was very brave and cried only a little. i honestly feel mama & papa were more upset by the shot than she was...
